Three Simple Steps

How to Get Your Free Analysis

1
Step 1

Record Your Running

Grab a tripod or ask a friend to film you. You'll need 1–2 short clips using your phone's slow-motion mode:

  • Angle 1 (Side): Run perpendicular across the camera — like running past it.
  • Angle 2 (Back): Start behind the camera and run straight away from it, passing as close over it as possible.

Run at your normal, comfortable everyday pace — relaxed and natural. No need to push hard.

Only need one angle? The side view is most important.

Step 2

Upload & Share via Google Drive

  1. Upload your video(s) to Google Drive.
  2. Click "Share" → set access to "Anyone with the link."
  3. Copy the link and email it to [email protected]
Takes about 2 minutes — just upload, share the link, and email it.

Step 3

Receive Your Personalized Analysis

Within 2–3 business days, we'll send you back a personalized video with voiceover — walking you through any notable findings from your running form, along with specific recommendations and tips to address what we see.

  • Make sure your entire body is in the frame — head to feet
  • Run at a comfortable, everyday pace with relaxed, natural form
  • Side angle: Run perpendicular across the camera (like running past it)
  • Back angle: Start behind the camera and run straight away from it, passing as close over it as possible
  • Upload to Google Drive → Share → "Anyone with the link"
